Scott Burgins has managed more than 150 economic and community development projects across Indiana, working in most of the state’s 92 counties. His projects include comprehensive land use plans, economic development  strategies, downtown revitalizations, evaluation of not-for-profit programs, community needs assessments, strategic planning and countywide visioning.

Clients include local government, community foundations, United Ways, social service agencies, manufacturers and other businesses, city, county and state governments, housing organizations and chambers of commerce.

Scott worked as senior project manager for Thayr Richey and Strategic Development Group for 20 years, and is hanging out his own shingle now that Thayr is taking his richly deserved retirement.
