Special care is taken to ensure that they’re not just a checklist of everything the community lacks. Instead, they focus on realistic solutions to the everyday problems facing residents.
In this age of cynicism and bare-bone budgets, it is common to hear someone ask, “Why do we need this plan?” That question is best answered in reverse: What is likely to happen without one?
